So apparently some good things did happen in 2020, this being one of them.
If you read the back of the bottle, it tells you everything you need to know about this wine and I can tell you it is worth every penny. I’m pretty sure I paid somewhere between $13 and $14 for it, think I’ve seen it for as much as $16.50 and even at $16.50, it’s a great wine. This purchase was from Shop Rite.
On the lighter side of a medium bodied Cabernet. You can certainly catch the vanilla in the nose. Light tannins and medium to long finish. This is a great young cab, perfect for steaks, burgers, cheesesteaks, sausage sandwiches, cheese, or just to chill, you get the idea. I’m just enjoying it on alone Sunday afternoon, I’m not alone, there are many voices in my head, and Lea and Lola are here with me too.
This wine is actually Dave worthy, that is, I would bring a glass across the street to Dave, maybe I will. Let’s see if they are home.
